If you think that this is just another piece of advice that you get from people so frequently, you're probably right! But, have you ever wondered why people emphasize on healthy eating so much?

Your brain works all the time to make things happen. And everything that works needs fuel to carry out work. Imagine that if you put low-quality oil in your car engine, what would be the consequence? It would not benefit your vehicle, instead, end in a terrible state if not taken care of. The same way, the fuel for your brain is food, and unhealthy eating can be tolerable only up to some extent. Sometime later, the effects can be seen on your physical and mental health, both.

Healthy eating is not only relevant if you have a high or low BMI, but also if you are not feeling good about life emotionally. Trust me; it is not as difficult as it sounds. What you normally eat could be transformed into healthy eating just by adding or subtracting a few elements. There is nothing called a Perfect Healthy Eating Plan as people of every age have some specific requirements.

A few tips can help you with healthy eating, and honestly, it can be a significant factor in hating your life a little (or absolutely) less.

Several cultures promote the concept of "Hara hachi Bu" which means that you should not eat till you are full. You might get used to it gradually with some trouble in the beginning.

Eating in portions is not a universal health rule but appreciated and recommended by many nutritionists. And it is among the easiest ways of eating healthy and also eating your favorite foods. The concept drives around having proteins, carbohydrates, fats, fruits, and other food components in a specific portion every day. The diet can be modified and adjusted after consultation with a nutrition specialist.

Bonus: Dark chocolate is a treat you can take every day. It enhances immunity and memory, along with acting as a stress reliever. However, remember to take no more than 50grams daily.

Exercising keeps you busy and helps you get better in shape as we all love to look our best. Moreover, exercise enhances the release of endorphin s - the happy hormones. Endorphins make you feel good and make it possible to concentrate better on your tasks and think sharply.

Start from a few minutes of work-out that is easy for you; it could be as simple as jogging. Gradually increase the time, and you would get addicted to exercising in some time.

4. Go vacationing

Going for a vacation in the pandemic is not the best thing, right! But, what if you bring the vacation to yourself? If you have a yard or a garden outside your home, put up a tent, cook your favorite food, and spend the day in some fresh air away from the worldly worries. Appreciate how beautiful and magnificent the world is. Praise the wonders of the world and see how little your troubles are in this enormous world.

If you are not a sunny morning person, you can bring a starry-night vacation to your doorstep. Lay a floor mat or exercise mat in the yard and get lost in the stars' mesmerizing beauty and the gorgeous moon. Sometimes, we only need to take ourselves out of the shell of troubles and negative thoughts we are living in, and everything seems to feel better . Just how you are feeling relaxed right now by only the idea of this setup.

This is something that can never be emphasized enough. If everything in the world fails, talking to a trustworthy person can never. When you let your emotions and problems out to a close friend or family member, it is incredibly calming. It makes you wonder that you have such good people around you who feel your pain and understand your emotions, making it difficult to hate life anymore.

If you have been holding onto your thoughts and emotions for a long time now, call the right person and let them know how you feel. Sometimes our nears and dears are worried about us, but waiting for us to talk to them.

6. Get rid of the negativity

Getting rid of the negative triggers around you is not simple until you realize what those triggers are. The negative triggers could be some people around you who keep on degrading you. Once you find those triggers and do your best to take them out of your life, it will be better!

7. Learn to say NO

The habit of not being able to refuse anyone for anything they ask for needs to be changed right away. This practice takes the peace of your mind when you have to juggle a lot of commitments. Making a habit of keeping a balance in your commitments at job, friends, and family is among the most underestimated secrets to a happy life.

8. Do what you love

In the middle of chaos, your passion might save you from the misery you're going through. When your job or family issue overpowers your positivity, it is vital to find it in something else. If you are fond of painting, crafting, dancing, or any other activity, indulge in them to avoid negative thoughts.

Jack Dempsey, a professional boxer, once said, "A champion is someone who gets up when they can't."

And it is not only true about boxing but everyone who is going through a rough patch in life and hating it. Remember, time does not stay the same, and it can be much better than you have thought of. A few changes in life can turn your approach from hatred to loving that life as much.

Live today, and live the best of it as there may or may not be a tomorrow!
