On hearing this, some people will be surprised that women that are supposed to be compassionate and caring also have some evil elements among them. Rosemary West is ranked as the top evil woman that existed on earth. The fierce woman was actively involved in different shocking cases. Rosemary West didn't have the best start. She was sexually abused by her father. She formed a criminal-like alliance with Fred West, her husband in the 1970s. They worked together to kidnap, torture, lock-up, rape, and kill young women and girls for several days. They commit these criminal offenses and bury the dead bodies of the victims under their houses. The victims include their daughter and the daughter Fred West had from his previous relationship. More than ten women were counted as the victims of Rosemary West's criminal attitude. She was convicted in 1995 while her husband was sentenced to life imprisonment. Rosemary West made history as the second British woman to have been convicted of this kind of offense after Myra Hindley.

2. Mary Ann Cotton

Women are known to be caring, compassionate, and kind-hearted. This was not the same as Mary Ann Cotton. She was one of the evil women that committed criminal offenses in the last century. Mary Ann Cotton is known to travel to different locations in England. At each town she settles, she always loses someone close to her. These people may be her close friend, children, or husbands. Mary Ann Cotton lost three husbands, her mother, and her thirteen children all through her journey in England. The cause of their death was not known to people. However, it was discovered that people that died had life insurance packages organized in their names. As days went by, people discovered she had poisoned these people with arsenic because they complained of the same symptoms of intestinal problems and stomach pains. Mary Ann Cotton killed them to inherit all that belongs to them. She was eventually sentenced to death by hanging at the age of 40. The rope that was used to execute her was shorter than it should be. This was done on purpose to execute her on suffocation.

3. Irma Grese

Irma Grese is a major product of the Nazis. She is also ranked among the evil women that have ever existed on earth. Also known as Bitch of Belsen, Irma Grese was the guard at concentration camps of Bergen-Belsen, Ravensbrück, and Auschwitz. She was transferred to Auschwitz due to her dedication and enthusiasm for duty. Years later, Irma Grese was promoted to the rank of senior supervisor, a position which is the female second highest in the camp. While she was in charge of the camp, more than 30,000 Jewish female prisoners were under the watch. Irma Grese was known for savaging prisoners for half-starved dogs, arbitrary shootings, sexual excesses, sadistic beatings, and many more. She derived pleasure in the emotional and physical torture of prisoners. Irma Grese also moves around with a pistol to carry out her criminal actions.

4. Myra Hindley

Myra Hindley together with Ian Bradly carried out criminal activities called the Moor Murders. These criminal actions were perpetrated in the city of Manchester, Britain in the 1960s. Both Myra Hindley and Ian Bradly planned and executed all forms of kidnapping, torture, sexual abuse, and murder of underage children and two teenagers ages 17 and 16. The police authorities found a key in possession of Myra Hindley, evidence of her criminal actions. A tape recording was also found in her possession. This tape contains the voice of one of her victims screaming as Myra Hindley and Ian Brady tortured and raped her. Myra Hindley was eventually incarcerated for her actions. While her mother was emotional and upset about her actions, Myra Hindley did not show remorse. She also showed an uncaring and indifferent attitude to her actions.

5. Beverley Allitt

Beverley Allitt, also called the Angel of Death, is a famous British serial killer. She worked as a pediatric nurse and was responsible for the killings of four children. She also injured five other kids that were placed under her care. Beverley Allitt carried out her evil act with potassium and insulin injections. These injections were used to cause cardiac arrest in the kids. History has it that Beverley Allitt attacked about 13 children within 58 days. It was at this period that she was caught red-handed. When asked for the reasons for her evil actions, Beverley Allitt never spoke about it. She was charged to court and convicted with injury and death in nine cases. Beverley Allitt later blamed her action on Munchausen's Syndrome.

6. Belle Gunness

Belle Gunness was referred to as one of the most productive and degenerate female serial killers in America. She is known to have a powerful and imposing attribute. Belle Gunness is suspected to have killed her husband and her children while they lived together. However, it was certain she was responsible for the death of her two children (Myrtle and Lucy), suitors, and boyfriends. The cause of Belle Gunness's evil act was her desire to take over the life insurance policies of her victims. Other reports about the number of people killed by Belle Gunness suggested she murdered more than 100 people because of her greedy attitude.

7. Katherine Knight

Katherine Knight is the first Australian woman that was sentenced to a life jail term without parole. She had a history of violent relationships during her lifetime. Katherine Knight was reported to have slashed the throat of her husband's puppy before his eyes. She also mashed the denture of her ex-husband during their heated relationship. The violent relationship Katherine Knight had with her husband, John Charles Thomas Price was reported and became a public point of discussion. It was further reported that Katherine Knight used a butcher knife to stab Price to death. When he was examined, she stabbed him over 37 times, penetrating his vital organs. She cut off Price's head and cooked in a soup pot. She also baked his buttocks and prepared vegetables to serve for children before the evil act was discovered by policemen.

8. Dorothea Puente

Dorothea Puente is an old lady that runs a boarding facility for the unwell, elderly, and other vulnerable people in society. The nature of her job made it unbelievable for people when her evil activities were reported. When she was young, Dorothea Puente drugged people, ran a brothel, stole for people, and spent some time in jail. After her jail term, she moved to the city of Sacramento in California. While in Sacramento, she started a boarding house to cater to the needs of people. At the start of her boarding house, she was widely praised by all and sundry. Her evil attitude took the best of her when she trapped and killed troubled elderly men. She did this because of her interest in their money and other material things. All her actions were caused by her love for clothing, material things, makeup, and plastic surgery.

9. Tracey Wigginton

Tracey Wigginton, also called the Lesbian Vampire Killer, is an evil woman that developed an interest in drinking the blood of cows and pigs she collected to from a butcher. Tracey Wigginton proceeded to drink blood from her slit girlfriend's wrists. One night, Tracey Wigginton and her friend lobbied a drunk man to join them in their car. While going home, they stopped at a park. Tracey Wigginton stabbed the drunk man to drink his blood. The man was stabbed to the extent that his head was almost coming off. This is an evil action that leaves many hearers and readers in awe.

10. Amelia Dyer

Amelia Dyer is a prolific serial killer that murdered many people within a period of 20 years. During her lifetime, she murdered over 400 babies during the Victorian era. Amelia Dyer prey on unmarried women and infants that pay her to help them take care of their kids. Instead of taking care of their babies, Amelia Dyer will collect their money and kill the children and throw them into the Thames River. Despite the huge number of babies that were victims of her evil act, she was charged to court for one murder and sentenced to death.
